Equipment, Installation and Services

The information presented on this site is included with the understanding and agreement that alarm equipment sales, system installations, home automation, all equipment pictured on this site, including keypads and cameras, is dependent on availability.

Security Packages

Basic Security Package: For new customers only. Ownership of site for system installation (home or business) required. Promotional pricing applies to service rates only and excludes taxes, permit fees and other charges, including $99 activation fee. Equipment type dependent on availability. Monthly rate based on 36-month monitoring agreement; may increase after 12 months. Credit restrictions may apply. Minimum trip charges apply to Extended Service. Not available in certain geographic areas. Offers may be modified or discontinued without notice. Installation work performed by licensed personnel where required by law. Upon early termination by customer, Company may charge 80% of the monthly service charges due for the balance of the customer’s initial term. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply. 

HomeTouch® Security Package: For new customers only. Move Offer Program

Offer available to customers with 1-year monitoring account history and current up-to-date billing. Customer must sign a new 36-month contract at minimum required monthly rate.  Customer must be owner of the new home site and must be within a Company service area. Keypad type dependent on availability. Cell communication for primary or backup monitoring is considered a service upgrade and may be subject to additional cost. HomeTouch requires the installation and/or activation of a compatible alarm system with monitoring service and a compatible computer, smartphone or tablet with Internet and e-mail access. Extended Service Option: If Customer requests repair service (other than service pursuant to an original installation warranty), Company or its contractor may agree to provide such repair service during its regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for fifty dollars ($50) per service trip (or at Company’s customary rates outside of the specified hours or days) for as long as Company provides Customer’s monitoring service and Customer is current on all payments. Customer is responsible for repairs to or replacements of batteries; key fobs; alarm screens; cellular equipment; cameras; video equipment; and home automation or interactive notification services, equipment, hardware or software. Customer is also responsible for damage caused by abuse, misuse, faulty connections, tampering, construction, vandalism, theft, acts of God, cosmetic damage or any other cause other than normal wear and tear.

Extended Service:

Extended Service Option: If Customer requests repair service (other than service pursuant to an original installation warranty), Company or its contractor may agree to provide such repair service during its regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for fifty dollars ($50) per service trip (or at Company’s customary rates outside of the specified hours or days) for as long as Company provides Customer’s monitoring service and Customer is current on all payments. Customer is responsible for repairs to or replacements of batteries; key fobs; alarm screens; cellular equipment; cameras; video equipment; and home automation or interactive notification services, equipment, hardware or software.
